Cause I know you are curious

So here's a few pictures of the compound that I am living at in Juba. It's really quite a nice little spot and the neighbors sure are better than the one's we had in Nairobi i.e. no all night discos or live music. There seem to be some perks to having limited city power:)

First is a shot of three of the houses on the yard. Left behind the tree is the Hageneier's, center back is the Tipper's, and left is the guest house where Caleb and myself are for the moment. The Unger's will move into our house at the end of the week when me and Caleb move to a smaller house that is just left of where I am taking the picture from.

A shot of the house I am currently in. They are actually quite nice. Chineese prefab buildings that go together like a puzzle. Would you believe that a house this size rent for up to and over $5000 a month here!!! remember to that this house is one floor, one bathroom and three bedrooms. I will try to get an interior shot later.

Looking back toward the gate and the office. The office is a sqaure prefab building that is about 230sq/ft. In this picture it is in the back left corner.

So there's just a little glimpse of where I am for the time being. Stay tuned for next weeks Ugandan residence.
